Green Education Ambassador Kaely visited Port Burwell’s Blue Flag Beach to facilitate beach clean-ups, environmental education sessions and active participation activities!

Education sessions focused on the impact that waste has on our beaches, wildlife & environment and what we can do to help. Community members also learned about Microplastics, Zero Waste/5Rs, Recycling, Native Plants, Single Use Plastics and Solutions.

It was wonderful to see participants taking meaningful action and making a positive impact in the community!
