The purpose of this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of the Site of the following:

How Long is Personal Data Stored
User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved.

How Your Personal Data is Protected
In order to protect your security, Ecodemy uses the strongest available browser encryption and store all data on servers in secure facilities. All data is only accessible to Ecodemy employees, directors, or officers. Ecodemy employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination.

While Ecodemy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore Ecodemy is unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical. Ecodemy is however, committed to protecting your privacy whether through accessing the website, opening an account, and/or making a purchase, and uses reasonable efforts to protect same. Ecodemy generally only collects personal information that is specifically authorized at law, or where the collection is necessary to provide the services.

Do Not Track Notice

Ecodemy does not track the users of the Site over time and across third-party websites and therefore does not respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. When Ecodemy amends this Privacy Policy it will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. Ecodemy recommends that its users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates.
